east Schlemmer Summer 2024

During the east Schlemmer Summer from June 15^th to August 31^st, 2024, the kitchen team will serve you a delicious 3-course menu, optionally vegetarian, for two people for only EUR 89.00!

Look forward to the following menu:

• Starter
  Sashimi from Label Rouge salmon with Japanese cucumber salad, shiso and Matsuhisa dressing
• Main Course
  Grilled veal in koji coffee butter with vanilla carrots, sugar peas and celery cream
• Dessert
  Lemon posset and local strawberries with praline crunch, white chocolate and yoghurt

Vegetarian menu:

• Starter
  Sashimi from watermelon with Japanese cucumber salad, shiso and Matsuhisa dressing
• Main course
  Grilled parsley root in koji coffee with butter, vanilla carrots, sugar peas and celery cream
• Dessert
  Lemon posset and local strawberries with praline crunch, white chocolate and yoghurt
