You can easily choose between Package Small (half-day package) and Package Medium (full-day package), or between meetings with a maximum duration of five to nine hours.
General conference hours include operations from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.

At east, in addition to conference rooms and hotel accommodation, we also offer you a large selection of catering. Depending on the length of your conference and the number of people taking part, you have the opportunity to have small dishes, snacks and regional products during the break in the conference area or a business lunch in the east restaurant.
